Choose your loc length first, then the style. Basic styles keep the ends loose; detailed styles include intricate designs or tucked ends. Curls, ropes, microlocs, and style-only appointments have separate options. If you’re not sure, book a consultation or call the salon.
Is shampoo included?
Our listed full retwist services include shampoo and conditioner. Style-only services generally do not; arrive with clean hair and follow the preparation notes in your chosen service. Some crochet services require a separate shampoo add-on.
What should I know before starting locs?
Think about the size and parting you prefer and bring inspiration. Your hair density and length affect the result. Two-strand or plait starting methods may have an additional fee, and microloc starters require a consultation. Add detangling if your hair needs it.
Can I book color and a retwist together?
Contact us for a color consultation first. Color services do not include loc maintenance, so both services need enough time on the schedule. Tell us about previous color or chemical treatments so your stylist can help plan your visit.
How do deposits, changes, and cancellations work?
Review the deposit, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms shown in Square before confirming. Keep your confirmation message so you can manage your appointment. If you need help or are running late, call the salon as soon as possible.
Where can I find the consent form?
Access our consent form here ↗. Complete any forms requested for your service, and share relevant hair history with your stylist before your appointment.
